The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bihta P.S. Case No.790 of 2020 registered under Sections 307, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 04.02.2022 passed in Cr.Misc.No.23872 of 2021. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a

No.36957 of 2021(2) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Danapur in connection with Bihta P.S.
