1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i) For issuance of a writ of Mandamus commanding the Respondents authorities to give the benefit of 1st and 2nd Assured Career Progression (hereinafter referred to as A.C.P. Scheme) as envisaged in the Bihar State Employees Conditions of Service Conditions (Assured Career Progression Scheme) Rules, 2003 to the petitioner with effect from the due date or from the date from which juniors to the petitioners had been given the benefit of 1st and 2nd A.C.P. Scheme and also to revise the pay

2. Considering the nature of relief, sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
