JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 05-05-2016 After some argument Mr. Shekhar Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since Sub Judge-I Madhepura, has no jurisdiction and in view of definition of court as defined under Section 2(e) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. The District Judge has jurisdiction therefore he may permitted to withdraw with this writ application for filing appropriate application before the court defined under Section 2(e) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. Accordingly, this writ application is permitted to be withdrawn.
