This appeal has been filed for setting aside the order dated 13.04.2022 passed by the Special Judge (Children Court) -cum-A.D.J.-I, Munger in connection with J.J.B. Case No. 80 of 2021 arising out of Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 198 of 2021. The impugned order mentions that if the appellant is released on bail, there is likely to bring him into physical or psychological danger.

Further, the report of the Social Investigation shows that the appellant is of quarreling nature and his assimilation in society at this stage is difficult. His release at this stage would bring him to moral, physical and psychological danger and also would defeat the ends of justice. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.1755 of 2022(6) dt.17-11-2022 2/2 case and report of the Probation Officer as also the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, this Court does not find any error in the order of the Court below. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
