2. This modification application has been filed for extension of time to surrender before the court below in term of the order dated 12.11.2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Appeal (SJ) No. 1609 of 2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that vide order dated 12.11.2025, petitioners were granted bail and six weeks' time was granted to the petitioners to surrender before the lower court, but due to communication gap in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29090 of 2026(2) dt.08-05-2026 2/2 between the office of the counsel and the client, they could not surrender before the lower court within time fixed by this Court. As such, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for extension of time to surrender the petitioners before the lower court.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and averments made in the application, this modification application is allowed.

5. Four weeks' further time from today is granted to the petitioners to surrender before the court below in terms of the order dated 12.11.2025 passed in Criminal Appeal (SJ) No. 1609 of 2025.

6. The order dated 12.11.2025 passed in Criminal Appeal (SJ) No. 1609 of 2025 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
