The petitioner is in custody in connection with Spl. Case No. 398 of 2019 arising out of Jogbani P.S. Case No. 74 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a), 38 (i) and 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and Section 27 (b)/28 Read RW & 36 Drugs and Cosmetic Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case intoxicating drug was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner is a lady and she is in custody in this case since 19.03.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner is a lady the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26666 of 2019(2) dt.23-04-2019 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge, Araria in connection with Spl Case No. 398 of 2019, arising out of Jogbani P.S. Case No. 74 of 2019.
