Looking at the nature of the relief, which relates to issuance of no-objection-certificate for the petitioner's institution to obtain recognition from National Council for Teacher Education for the course, in question, is pending before the university since 16.05.2015 and further delay of such decision making may be detrimental to the entire exercise already done, writ application is disposed off with a direction upon the Vice-Chancellor of the university that taking cognizance of the application already made before the university, he shall take a decision within a period of six

Patna High Court CWJC No.210 of 2016 dt.19-01-2016 2/2 weeks from the date of communication / production of a copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the petitioner. The timeframe indicated must be adhered to. National Council for Teacher Education may extend the period keeping in mind the direction issued by the Court upon the university today.

Writ application stands disposed off with observation / direction as above.
