2. The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification of the order dated 13.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67248 of 2023 by which the petitioner was released on Provisional Bail for a period of four months subject to the condition that he will pay Rs. 32.10 lakhs to the informant.

3. It has been submitted by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner that the informant shall be paid the entire amount by the petitioner before 13.9.2024 and he produces a demand draft of Rs. 7 lakh 85 thousand which has been accepted by the learned counsel for the informant Shri Jitendra Kumar.

4. Considering the prayer of the learned senior

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36951 of 2024(2) dt.21-06-2024 2/2 counsel on behalf of the petitioner, this modification application is allowed.

5. Rest of the terms and conditions as mentioned in the earlier order shall remain the same.
