The petitioner seeks bail in Jandaha P.S. Case No. 02 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

One country made pistol with two live cartridges is said to have been recovered from possession of this petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that similarly situated co-accused namely, Pankaj Paswan has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 08.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30244 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2019.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30261 of 2019(4) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XIth, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 02 of 2019.
