JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Wazirganj P.S.Case no. 326 of 2015 instituted under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of killing the daughter of the informant due to non fulfilment of demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is motherin-law of the deceased. She is separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. It is a case of accidental fire. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.
