The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Noorsarai P.S. case No. 50 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

The informant received inputs that Upendra Singh, the petitioner, was selling liquor from his tube well room. On such, a raid was conducted. From tube well room of the petitioner10 liters of country made liquor was recovered. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not the owner of tube well room but from perusal of the seizure list it appears that tube well room is of the petitioner and petitioner was selling liquor from his tube well room. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
