ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 03-07-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the counsels.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have made a representation to the authority on 03.03.2023/11.04.2023 (Annexure 6) and therefore a direction may be given to the Respondent No. 3 to consider the same and pass necessary orders in accordance with law.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent-State has stated that the representation given by the petitioners may not be available in the office of the Respondent No. 3 and that the petitioners may be directed to submit a fresh representation ventilating their grievance and the same will be considered by the Respondent No. 3 and necessary orders will be passed in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the above mentioned facts and circumstances, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to make a suitable representation ventilating grievance before the Respondent No. 3 within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being given the authorities shall consider the same on its own merit in accordance with law and pass necessary orders. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Any orders passed shall be communicated to the petitioner. It is needless to mention that before passing any orders, the petitioners shall be given an opportunity of hearing.

5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
