2. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Gardanibagh P.S. Case No.140 of 2025 registered for the offences under Sections 329(4), 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 74 and 352 of the B.N.S. 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, for a petty dispute in an apartment, the petitioner and the informant fought and the petitioner is said to have stabbed the informant. The informant was taken to Paras Hospital, Patna where he was treated.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is the informant who had initially assaulted the petitioner and there is a case and counter case also. He further submits that the petitioner has suffered fracture in his hand. The petitioner is in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25944 of 2025(2) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 jail since 02.03.2025 and has one criminal antecedent.
5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has stabbed the informant and caused grievous injury, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected.
6. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail is the trial is delayed by the prosecution. (Sandeep Kumar, J) shikha/- U T
