JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-09-2016 Heard Sri Ajay Kumar, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Md. Harun Quareshi, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Six petitioners, have approached this court with a prayer for grant of anticipatory bail in Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 195 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 504, 506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code in the event of arrest or surrender.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there was allegation of giving farsa blow against other accused persons and there is general and omnibus allegation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38309 of 2016 (2) dt.19-09-2016 2/2 against these petitioners and as such according to learned counsel for the petitioners, petitioners deserve to be released on anticipatory bail.

However, on going through the materials available on record and nature of accusation, the court is satisfied that it is not a case for anticipatory bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
