2. Earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 26.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 36017 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, for the same occurrence, two FIRs were lodged: the first for the kidnapping of Saddam Khan, being Tankuppa P.S. Case No. 232 of 2023, and the second is the present case under the Arms Act. He has further submitted that the petitioner has been granted bail in Tankuppa P.S. Case No. 232 of 2023 vide order dated 17.01.2025 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 87737 of 2024. He has also submitted that, while rejecting the bail application of the petitioner vide order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28852 of 2025(2) dt.27-06-2025 2/2 26.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36017 of 2024, it was observed that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months. The stipulated period has elapsed much earlier. 4.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as period of incarceration, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhopur Sarai P.S. Case No. 223 of 2023, subject to the following conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available on each and every date till conclusion of the trial.
