Permission is granted.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner no.1 namely Manju Devi seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that including other accused assaulted his son with iron rod (Khanti) in which he sustained head injuries and died and thereafter petitioner put his body at their door.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24762 of 2019(3) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail because matter relates to murder. Accordingly her prayer for bail is rejected in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 233 of 2018 from the court of learned Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
