The petitioner is in custody in connection with Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 27 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 20.02.2019. He further submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in keeping and riding the stolen motorcycle.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for about two months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
