It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to unforeseen circumstances, the petitioner could not surrender within the aforementioned time fixed in the order. Considering the submission made by the petitioner, let the time fixed in the order dated 07.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27090 of 2017 be extended by a further period of four weeks from today so as to facilitate the petitioner to surrender. It is made clear that if the petitioner does not surrender within the aforesaid period of four weeks from today, the order dated 07.07.2017 shall stand vacated automatically. With the aforesaid modification, the case stands disposed of.
