JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 379 of 2015 registered under Sections- 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against these petitioners. Final form has been submitted in the case. Petitioners have clean antecedent. There is admitted land dispute between the parties. Learned counsel appearing for the informant opposes the prayer for bail.

No.181 of 2017 (3) dt.17-03-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 379 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
