2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 641 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 406, 420 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation is that the petitioner conspired with other co-accused and got the sale deed of the land executed which belongs to the informant by making someone impersonate as Kamini Devi. This kind of crime is quite rampant in the society and this cannot be termed as a civil dispute and bail in such matter cannot be and should not be
