2. The present writ petition has been filed for disposal of Jamabandi Cancellation Appeal Case No.538 of 2017-18, which is pending before the Collector, Patna, since more than last five years.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that a direction may be given.

4. In this background that the statutory appeal is pending before the competent authority, he is supposed to pass order within a fixed time frame. Petitioner is awaiting about disposal of his appeal since last five years. It is really a matter of great concern for the Court. In response learned counsel for the State submits that this appeal has been filed prior to Covid.

5. In this background, this Court directs the Collector, Patna, to pass order in Jamabandi Cancellation Appeal Case No.538 of 2017-18 within 90 days from the date of appearance of all concerned.
