The petitioner seeks bail in Durgawati P.S. Case No. 198 of 2020 corresponding to Excise Case No. 481 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. 7.6 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from motorcycle of this petitioner.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner and he has got no concern with the seized liquor or the motorcycle. Petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2020. Investigation is complete. Considering the quantity of recovery and the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged
