The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:-
Patna High Court CWJC No.17980 of 2014(2) dt.27-07-2023 2/3 "(i) A writ in nature of Mandamus or any other writ or order or direction be issued to respondents to absorb the petitioners in other Govt. department since the department in which they were working has become defunct and several employees who were working with petitioners i.e. similarly situated have already been absorbed or Alternatively put the petitioners on deputation pursuant to Advertisement P.R.
8696(industry) 13- 14.
ii) A writ in nature of certiorari or any other writ or order or direction be issued quashing the decision of screening committee that only those persons will be sent for deputation who have completed 20 years service in corporation till 01.01.2013 as contained in annexure."

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioners to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of their subsisting grievances, if any.
