Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered u/s 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, 3 miscreants boarded on a motorcycle surrounded the informant and snatched Rs. 2,75,000/- kept in a bag and I. card from the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in

Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and the name of the petitioner has sprung up in the confessional statement of co-accused, Santosh Kumar Ram. No T.I. Parade has been conducted by the proseuction. The petitioner is also accused in two other criminal cases as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 07.02.2022.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned Court below, in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 344 of 2021.

The application stands allowed.
