2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 186 of 2021 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 414 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 1130 litres of illicit country made liquor was recovered from behind the house of one Kallu Rai.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on the basis of suspicion. Name of petitioner transpired in this case on the basis of secret information. Nothing has been

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application and submits that petitioner carries eight criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No.- II, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 186 of 2021.
