In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Fenhara P.S. Case No. 17 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 307, 354(B), 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

An Allegation has been made in the First Information that the son of the Informant was sitting at the door. After hearing the cry of her son, the Informant came out of her house and saw that the petitioner was wrapping Scarf around the neck of her son and was pulling him. When she tried to save her, she was forcibly dashed to the ground and the petitioner tried to strangulate her. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6085 of 2018 (2) dt.02-02-2018 there is a land dispute. Even the Punches were assaulted by the side of the Informant of the present case and the Punches have filed a case which has been registered as Fenahara P.S. Case No. 2 of 2017 under different sections.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Md. Salauddin, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-12, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Fenhara P.S. Case No. 17 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
