This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
For land dispute between the parties the petitioner and others allegedly committed assault against the informant resulting in fracture of leg of the informant. Further allegation is of commission of theft of rupees fifty thousand from the pocket of the informant. A supplementary affidavit has been filed stating therein that for land dispute present false case has been filed. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
