JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 02-08-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for the BSFC through video conference. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed an undertaking that all defects pointed out by the stamp reporter shall be removed, and compliance with the conditions of the notices of this Court with regard to acceptance of e-filing shall be made, without delay immediately upon resumption of normal physical functioning of the Court, and in any event within one month thereof.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Satyendra Prasad Singh submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and as such the writ petition need not be pressed.

3. Learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for the BSFC appear and they have no objection in this regard.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.

5. Office shall follow-up to ensure that all defects are removed and compliance with the notices of this Court are made
