====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE P. B. BAJANTHRI and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. B. PD. SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE P. B. BAJANTHRI) 16-04-2025 Pursuant to the earlier order, we have noticed that appellant has died. Resultantly the present appeal stands abated. However, certain claims are being made by the legal heir of the appellant with biological father-respondent.
2. Respondent is not prepared to pay anything to the legal heirs of the appellant and so also children of respondent are not entitled to anything in the present proceedings. Our endeavor has completed in not extending any relief to the children of deceased - appellant and respondent - Awadhesh Kumar Sinha (father).
3. In this background we proceed to say that present
Patna High Court MA No.844 of 2011(40) dt.16-04-2025 2/2 Miscellaneous Appeal No. 844 of 2011 stands abated in the light of the fact that appellant has died.
