Taking into consideration the stand of the State in the counter affidavit, the present predicament of the petitioner is her own creation. If she would have joined the place of her posting as per Annexure 1 before she had been deputed in terms of Annexure 2, she would have no problem in getting her salary but she failed to do so.
Let the petitioner join her duty as required to be done in terms of Annexure 1 and complete the formality. Writ application stands disposed of.
