The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 387, 406, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the informant entered into an agreement with petitioner no.1 Om Prakash Sharma for construction of first floor for Rs.80,000/-. But in spite of work being completed, no payment was made to the informant. On demand being raised, petitioner nos. 1, 3 and 4 started abusing and made assault to the informant by fists and feet when the informant fell down then wife of petitioner no.1 snatched Rs.75,000/- from his pocket.

No.56844 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that with regard to some dispute of the quality of work done by the informant, the present case has been lodged. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Mufassil P.S. Case No.226/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
