The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 1101 of 2018 registered under Sections 398, 401 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1B)A, 36, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further he submits that his name has been transpired in this case only on the confessional statement of co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25011 of 2019(2) dt.18-04-2019 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 1101 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
