The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 108 of 2020 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the specific allegation made by the informant that the petitioners along with four others locked her inside the room and killed her husband and the post-mortem examination report suggests that the husband of the informant had sustained four incised ante-mortem injuries on his body, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners for the present even though they are ladies. Their prayer for bail is rejected.
