2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 6.2.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50037 of 2022 with a direction to trial court to expedite and conclude the trial as soon as possible.

4. In compliance of order dated 25.6.2024, a progress report dated 25.6.2024 sent by Addl. Distt. & Sessions JudgeXI, Darbhanga has been received which suggests that trial is likely to be concluded in six months.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no hope to conclude the trial in near future. He further

6. There is no new ground to reconsider the bail prayer of the petitioner. Hence, this application stands disposed off.
