This writ petition has been listed at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that the matter has been rendered infructuous as the prayer made by the petitioner seeking a direction to the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Sitamarhi for disposing of the Complaint Case No. 41 of 2014 has been rendered infructuous by the disposal of the matter. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
