Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Sikandra P.S. Case No. 152 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 337 and 338 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of injuries sustained by the accused persons which includes the petitioners, this anticipatory bail application is allowed.
