The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323/341/504/427/506/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners, who are relations of the informant, is that they committed assault against the family members of the informant and damaged to the vehicle of the informant.

Considering the aforesaid allegation, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date
