The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 18 of 2017 registered under Section 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case in between the parties. On perusal of the Seizure List, it appears that this is not a case of attempt to commit rape. Further submission is that it would appear from Annexure 3 series that petitioner has sustained grievous injuries.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25468 of 2017 (4) dt.28-08-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S.
