ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners (Petitioner No.1 is the mother and petitioner No. 2 is the unmarried sister of the husband of the informant) apprehend their arrest in connection with Rajgeer P. S. Case No. 218/2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 498(A), 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The allegation against these petitioners is that they along with the husband of the informant have indulged in mental and physical torture against her due to non fulfillment of illegal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58579 of 2015 (3) dt.09-05-2016 2/2 demand for which she has received burn injuries at her Sasural. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they are innocent having no criminal antecedent as is evident from para-3 of this application and have been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty politics of the locality.

Considering the nature of allegation made against these two petitioners and also the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, Biharsharif in connection with Rajgeer P.S.Case No. 218/2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438( 2) of Cr. P. C.
