2. Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Balia P.S.Case No.313 of 2015 registered for an offence under Section 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the IPC.

3. Allegation is that four FIR named accused persons intercepted the informant and his brother Hareram who came for his rescue. This petitioner allegedly assaulted by Kachiya blow causing injuries on middle finger of the brother of informant.

4. It appears that the injured Hareram sustained simple injury on his finger. The occurrence took place for cutting grass from a field. The other co-accused has been allowed anticipatory bail by the court below in ABP No.1565 of 2015.

5. Considering the nature of allegation facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47187 of 2017 (2) dt.17-10-2017 circumstances, prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S.Case No.313 of 2015 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
