The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No.82 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the inordinate unexplained delay of two days in instituting the first information report, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Jhanjharpur, Madhubnani in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No.82 of 2016, subject to the conditions
