JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(i) To issue an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of auditor Examination held on 07.10.2012.
(ii). To issue further appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the selected list by virtue at its performance in written examination conducted by Bihar Staff Commission, Patna.
(iii) To issue further appropriate writ,

The petitioner seeks appointment on the post of auditor for which examination was held way back in the year 2012. Nonetheless, the learned counsel for the respondents has informed this Court that the selection process has already stood completed long back, hence, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
