2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 354, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against petitioner is of assault to Manna Khatun by iron rod, as a result of which, she sustained grievous injury.

4. Considering the nature of injury, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
