JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-08-2025 Heard learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner, learned APP appearing on behalf of the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.
2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No.296 of 2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the matter be referred to the Mediation Center.
4. The petitioner is directed to appear before the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25519 of 2025(3) dt.14-08-2025 2/2 learned District Court on 25.08.2025 at 10.30am. Till then, no coercive step shall be taken against the petitioner. In case of failure, the interim protection granted to the petitioner shall lose its force.
5. Learned District Court is directed to refer the matter before the learned Mediator of the District Mediation Center.
6. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of informant submits that he will inform the informant to be present in the Court sharp on 25.08.2025 at 10.30am.
7. Accordingly, the present bail application stands disposed of.
