The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 151 of 2017 registered under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the dispute involved is purely civil in nature. Informant party wanted to grab some land, for which one Rajullah lodged Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 135 of 2017 and only thereafter the present case has been lodged.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36110 of 2017 (3) dt.19-08-2017 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 151 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
