JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 89 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is specific allegation against co-accused Babloo Yadav. Nothing has been alleged against the petitioner. Moreover, the injury is found simple in nature.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45334 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 89 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. No. 781 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
