2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 75 of 2023 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 120B, 395, 307, 436, 427, 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner along with other accused persons pelted stones and fired on the police party. It is further alleged that they also burnt police vehicles parked outside the godown.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is, hereby, rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
