JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 01-08-2017 Heard Mr. Sushant Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner. There is no representation on behalf of the State. Mr. Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, while pressing the writ petition requiring a direction to the respondents to consider the candidature of the petitioner for appointment on the post of Anganwari Sevika, Anganwari Kendra, Basundhara, under Kargahar Block, in the district of Rohtas, has invited the attention of this Court to an earlier order passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in a case earlier moved by the petitioner giving rise to C.W.J.C.No. 2191/2015, a copy of which is placed at Annexure 6. In reference thereto learned counsel submits that

Patna High Court CWJC No.1687 of 2016 (2) dt.01-08-2017 although this petitioner had earlier come and this Court had declined to grant indulgence but allowed the petitioner to raise her grievance before the statutory authorities. He submits that it is following the observation of this Court that the petitioner has raised her grievance before the District Programme Officer in tune with the guidelines on the subject, a copy of which is placed at Annexure 7 which is dated 13.2.2015 but it remains pending and hence, the present writ petition.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of grievance raised, I deem it proper to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the District Programme Officer, Rohtas (respondent no.5) to consider the representation of the petitioner present at Annexure 7 and dispose of the same in accordance with law and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the relevant parties expeditiously and preferably within three months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. (Jyoti Saran, J) Surendra/- U
