In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Karagahar (Sidhi O P) P.S. Case No. 44 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 188, 353, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

During the occasion of Saraswati puja, a cultural programme was going on and the police has received information that organizer was assaulting the artist, whereupon they have intervened and one of the person was being carried to

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against them. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedents.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Distt. Rohtas, in connection with Karaghar (Sidhi OP) P.S. Case No.44 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
