The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 414, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, a stolen motorcycle is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He has been falsely implicated in the case. He is in custody since 25.2.2021 and investigation in the case has concluded.

Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

No.37218 of 2021(3) dt.07-01-2022 2/2 Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case together with the petitioner having remained in custody for more than 10 months, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case no.93 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar.
